Can we buy Tokyo Disneyland and Sea ticket in advanced? Online system wasn't open for 6 Dec onwards purchase so I thought I may go ahead with other solution.

I read that we could buy the voucher? Is this same as purchasing the ticket?Is this also guarantee that we could go in to the Park on busy day? I plan to go there on 24th and 25th, so a bit worry that we won't be able to allow in if there is too much crowd.
