FUNderful- Official Fan Club of TDR
TDR has there own official fan club! Seems similar to D23 but called FUNderful. If I did it right its about $34.50 in American dollars. Not bad

The Funderful Disney (TDR Fan Club) began in November 2004. And to add to what Churros wrote, it is only available for applicants with a Japanese mailing address.
