But as for the show on a whole goes, it's pretty much standard issue with what they have been producing. It feels short, though, compared to Wishes. And the energy kind of dies after the Pirates movie soundtrack part ends, which is a shame given the fact that it comes right before the finale. They could have expanded that energy into a bigger finale. Yes, the finale is already big as it is, but they could have made it BIGGER. Much, much bigger.

Soundtrack is nicely paced and builds up beautifully, but still suffers from the lack of energy upkeep upon reaching the finale.

OKay, that's my over-critical analysis. Bottom line is that I enjoyed it, but would expect something more still. Or at least a longer show.

There are additional perimeter fireworks launched during the finale that can't be seen in the video. So the full effect isn't quite achieved by watching LP's video (which usually seems to be the case with them).

If that was the case, she looked rather old to be on her daddy's shoulder and/or was dressed in a very nice princess outfit for something aimed at kids.

That, and I don't remember them selling light-up magic wands that were that long in the park. Do they?

I'm aware of that. Someone on another site linked me to a YouTube video, which I'm sure will get posted here soon, of the show from the Town Square flag post. Got to see the half-circle effect in it's entirety in that video, but I think it may be because of a lens they were using. The video was awfully shakey, though, but it showed all of the effect.

Was that video only the last 3 minutes of the show? Cause there is a YouTube video about that length.

It's hard to judge from a video, but it looks good. Not great, but good.

The problem is they have two themes going on that don't mesh. The show does not come together as a cohesive whole. It feels like two themes crammed together. I felt the parade was the same way.

Why does WDW insist on having characters talk throughout the entire show? It got quite annoying after awhile. Remember keeps the dialog to a minimum and is used more like an introduction to each segment.

It's a solid show, but not as good as Remember or both versions of Believe. Actually, I think I liked Holiday Wishes better.

I dont know. But it really did look like a hyper child, you can see the dads elbows in the beginning.

I really can't say I like it more, less or the same as the other MK shows without being there in person, honestly.

No, this one was of the entire show. I was going to link you guys myself, but it appears the video was taken down by YouTube.

I went to post the LP video over at a fireworks community forum I recently started to go to, and that was their same complaint. The only Disney Fireworks show they like as a collective is IllumiNations because it lacks character narration and scriptting.

Isn't that how Disney Markets things? They produce things that should look spectacular when you film it but even better in person. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten that from the WDW property. I have gotten it from the DLR property, but not from WDW's side since the Animal Kingdom opened.

That's kinda odd that YouTube took it down. Probably some idiotic user "flagging" it for no apparent reason.
