Its all touristy mexican stuff. Hats, baskets, sarapes. It looks like Cinder's garage sale.
WDW is like, crazy about having other than mainstreme character greets. We actually saw a Horrace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow there... as well as Friar Tuck, and the Sherriff of Nottingham. Clarabelle was udderly fantastic.

Well, I've seen Panchito with the sombrero, plus we have a pic of it earlier in the thread, so it exists, and I don't think Jose's jacket goes down that far in the back, so I think he's holding it in his hand and it happens to be behidn Jose in that photo.
As for the hands - I dunno. They probably do need to be the gloves, but perhaps the characters aren't drawn with so few fingers?

Clarabelle is not terribly uncommon at DLR although, to be certain, WDW takes the cake for less mainstream character greets. I'd die if I saw Clarice out on Main Street with Chip and Dale.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive. If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

Last January I was surprised by seeing Lauchpad McQuack from DuckTales greeting people on Main Street at the Magic Kingdom. The Robin Hood characters seem to have been long time mainstays there as well.

Yeah, I was surprised to read somewhere that the Robin Hood characters were considered rare at DLR as they seem to be out at WDW all the time.
Never seen Launchpad, tho
