Hey!
I've been researching the WDW College Program for ages now and know everything about it. BUT, as I live in the UK I am not eligible to apply as I do not live in the US.

So then I found out about the Disney International College Program, which lets people like me, from different countries, work a paid internship within WDW.

Now, on the WDW College Program website, it is very detailed and was very helpful in telling me everything there is to know about the program. But, obviously, it is useless to me as I am not eligible.
On the Disney International CP website, it is not so detailed. And does not tell me hardly anything about the program unless I attend an scheduled presentation which might not even be in the country.
Now I would be happy to go to one. But at this moment in time I'm only 16. And you have to be 18 to be able to go on the programme. But I want to be totally sure this is right for me and what I want to do, so I can just go ahead and apply when I turn 18. (Which I hope it is as I'm in love with Disney, and would do anything to work there!)

So finally to my point.. Can anyone help me at all with what the DICP involves?
-Housing?
-Payment?
-Application process?
-Also, a specific question, does anyone know if you can work as a character assistant? Because I know it's a role in the WDW College Program, but it isn't on the role list on the DICP website? And if you can't, what is the reason for this? Because I really want to be one!
-Aswell I would absolutely love to be a character, I know in the WDW College Program it takes another audition aswell as an interview to become one. But I was wondering if this is at all possible to do within the DICP?

Finally, anybody who has done the programme, what was it like?! I've heard people say it's the best experience of their life! If character assistant/character is not an option I want to do attractions, has anybody done that? Is it a good job?!

Sorry for ALL these questions, and I know I've still got 2 years until I'm even eligible to apply for the DICP, but I'm so excited and am limited to what I know about it, and what to find out as much as I can! Whatever advice, information, comments you have, please please please let me know! Thankyou!
