EPCOTS Food and Wine

Has anyone been this year to Food and Wine at Epcot?
What did you like or not like?

Our friend and fellow MI Member/admin, raisun, is there right now-- I'm so jealous! He attended the "party of the senses" event this week and loved it-- saying it compared favorably with DCA's "Taste" events at our Food&Wine Festival Can't wait to hear reports from those attending Epcot's version this year....

My favorite part of epcot's version is the carts from all the different countries... At DCA they have the one "Festival Market" which last year was at Hollywood & Dine, but getting to walk all the way around world showcase and walk and stop and eat and walk and stop and eat all afternoon cannot be beat

I would say my other favorite epcot Food/Wine memory is from a couple years ago, attending one of the "regional feast" events at the American Adventure pavilion, with the special event lighting inside that turns the inside of the rotunda into a giant lit american flag motif

We were there last weekend. Great weather for it. Plenty of excellent food with many different tastes. The portions have gotten bigger, which was a surprise, but they are still expensive. Can't say anything about the wines, but judging from what we saw, some people were enjoying drinking around the world. We will go again before it closes in November.

I go to the Food and Wine festival at least every other year and I love it. Its my favorite time of the year to go. The weather usually is great and I love trying all the different foods.
