Also, Brown = governor, therefore Whitman ≠ governor, which is overall good news. I think one of my friends said it best, and that's that this further proves the governor's office can't be bought.

I personally feel that both of them were jokers. Neither one of them deserved office. I surprised myself and voted for Whitman, despite being a registered Democrat. Am I sad she lost? No. Am I glad Brown won? No.

I didn't see that in any of the literature I read, or I wouldn't have voted for her. I tried to keep my eduating of myself to reading un-biased bios that just gave the facts.

I suppose we're a bit luckier in Massachusetts then: every time the mid-terms roll around, we get to choose between four people who suck.

Anyways, though I'm sure no one cares, Deval Patrick won re-election. I can't say I'm surprised (considering our other three options), but the man has the lowest approval rating of any sitting governor today. I'm expecting the next four years to be a lot like the last four, unfortunately.
