Notice has been served and Drawn to the Magic has officially been cancled. The infectious little show has been going strong for eight years but will have its final performance on October 21. The real estate it occupied at the Hollywood Pictures Backlot stage will be replaced with the new Disney Dance Crew.

This entertainment swap is not the only one coming to DCA, Disney also recently announced that the replacement for High School Musical 3: Senior Year - Right Here! Right Now! will be the upcoming Disney Channel Rocks which will feature the latest tunes from Disney Channel's roster of up-and-coming Disney musical artists.

Disney just officially announced the fall schedule for Disneyland Resort and it includes normal off-season reduced hours at both parks. With DCA closing at 10pm on weekends at 8pm during the week, it forces World of Color to just one showing on weekdays (8:15pm) and two nightly showings (9pm and 10:15pm) on weekends.

The interesting bit of news this year for the Gingerbread House at the Haunted Mansion Holiday that it will not be added to the traditional location in the Ballroom. Instead, Disney announced today that the edible structure would be sitting in the Graveyard Scene.

Concept art that was released by Disney today showcases a giant tombstone topped with Jack Skellington and of course it's made almost completely of edible goodies including gingerbread and candy pieces.

This interpretation (complete with the singing pumpkin busts) seems to hint that the Gingerbread creation might be located at the foot of the iconic snow-capped mountain from the Nightmare Before Christmas near the singing pumpkin busts.
