Minnie Van Service launches pilot program at WDW via LYFT

Disney today confirmed that their new Minnie Van Service is launching in conjunction with the Lyft app; offering guests a potentially already familiar method of hailing a ride-share vehicle.

The red and white polka-dot vehicles can travel anywhere within the bounds of the Walt Disney World Resort. The service accommodates up to six guests and provides two versatile car seats and comes at a flat cost of $20 per ride.

Currently, the pilot version of program is be offered only to guests of Disney’s BoardWalk Resort and Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. The Minnie Van service will be driven by Disney cast members on park property.

The Minnie Van Service was teased earlier this month at the D23 Expo along with a slew of other news and reveals.
