Disney’s PCH Grill to start new ‘Cal-Italian Dinner Buffet’

There’s been a lot of updates to the dining options around the Disneyland Resort this year and Disney’s PCH Grill will have even more with the introduction of the new Cal-Italian Dinner Buffet starting on July 10.

Star things off with build-your-own options including Caprese Salad, Italian Panzanella Salad (with tomato, bread, cucumber, and pickled red onion), and Antipasto Salad or enjoy a warm soup like Italian Minestrone or Cream of Broccoli.

The hot station will have dishes such as Braised Lamb Osso Bucco, House-Made Italian Meatballs, Slow-Baked Lasagna Bolognese-Style, Grilled Salmon Filet, Eggplant Parmigiana, and more! There will also be an extensive selection of Pasta. Choose from spaghetti, penne, and macaroni with sauce options that include Bolognese, Pesto Cream, Alfredo, and Pomodoro sauce. Plus kids can enjoy options tailored for simpler tastes including Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs, Grilled Hot Dogs, Steamed Corn on the Cob, Mac and Cheese, and Mozzarella Sticks.

Dessert will include Tiramisù, Mini Verrines, pastries, Panna Cotta, Cannoli, and Italian Rum Cakes.

Menu items are rotational so your exact menu may differ from visit to visit.
