Here’s a taste of what you can expect on the menu at the new Universal ‘TODAY Cafe’

A fresh new menu with a variety of options is coming to Universal Studios Florida at their new TODAY Cafe set to open up on May 16.

Designed to feel like stepping onto the iconic TODAY set, the new cafe will serve specialty food and beverage options, including fresh in-house baked pastries, salads, sandwiches and locally-roasted coffee including the TODAY Cafe blend, a unique coffee blend made exclusively for the cafe.

Food Services MFO Today Show Cafe 041119<br /> Menu Boards<br /> AVOCADO TOAST<br /> USFNBC’s Al Roker and the TODAY team will broadcast live from the TODAY Cafe on Thursday, May 16 – celebrating the grand opening with guests and fans alike. Plus, Al’s Avocado Toast – the first seasonal dish inspired by his favorite recipes – will be available at the cafe. Al’s Avocado Toast is topped with cherry tomatoes, artichokes, roasted red onions and tomato aioli, and is accompanied by bread and butter pickles. Guests will be able to power through their day with this hearty and healthy dish and according to Al, the pickles add a nice sweetness and an umami taste.

TODAY Cafe opens at Universal Studios Florida on May 16, 2019.

The cafe is currently soft opened on a limited, unscheduled basis. That means you MIGHT be able to nosh on the new nibbles ahead of the May 16 if you’re in the parks take a look and see if it’s open!
