Where was THOR in ‘Captain America: Civil War?’ video from #SDCC gives a peek…

Where exactly was Thor in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR? This video from Marvel, first screened to the masses of fans assembled in Hall H during San Diego Comic-Con earlier this year, takes a look at what exactly the god of thunder was doing. Turns out he was living in Australia with a new roommate Darryl in an effort to be around normal average humans. In the clip, Thor joins Darryl at work, writes a letter to Ton Stark and tries to use...

Fan questions! Fan, fan questions! BONES returns one last time to #SDCC

The first year attending San Diego Comic-Con we were waiting in Ballroom 20 for another panel when up first was the BONES panel. We had never seen the show before, so we didn’t know what to expect. Would the panel be all about the science of the show? Much to our surprise it turned out to be one of the funniest panels at the Con that year, and one we look forward to every year. Here are a few things we learned from the BONES...

A look at all the announcements from #SDCC MARVEL panel

This past weekend  at San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige took the stage in Hall H for a panel to showcase the expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe, moderated by Chris Hardwick. This was probably my most anticipaated panel of the Con for me. Even though we knew all of the movies they have lined up, some of the casting choices were still unknown, and rumors were running crazy in the Disney social media spheres...

Disney XD highlights ‘Pickle and Peanut,’ new show ‘Future-Worm’ at #SDCC

Although the show is only in it’s first season, Pickle and Peanut is proving to be a hit with audiences of all ages. Show creators Noah Jones, Joel Trussekk, and Ryan Quincy joined fans at San Diego Comic-Con to discuss what’s next for the animated series. The panelists have very dry sarcasm, which translates from their own banter onto your screen. The story itself is, you guessed it, a ‘buddy story’ about a pickle and a peanut. The...

‘Women of Marvel’ panel included insights from women in comics and in AGENTS OF SHIELD – #SDCC

Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet and Elizabeth Henstridge essentially inadvertently stole the show at San Diego Comic-Con this past weekend when they took part in the Women of Marvel panel. While their presence was definitely felt though it did not distract from the topic of discussion which was most definitely empowerment for women. Girl power, if you will. Women from multiple disciplines in the creative process at Marvel made up the...

The “Animaniacs Live!” reunion basically turned me back into a seven year old – #SDCC

On the very last day of San Diego Comic-Con I found myself with an unexpected pocket of availability and was able to get myself into the ANIMANIACS LIVE! panel. I expected to enjoy myself but I didn’t anticipate it would be one of the best highlights of my Con. The panel was put on in promotion of the new Animaniacs Live! but that still didn’t take away from the fact that it was a reunion of  Rob Paulsen, Tress MacNeille...
