It’s a short pictorial this week. We didn’t hop into Disney California Adventure but we soaked up the magic of the Disney Holidays at Disneyland. Candlelight Procession & Ceremony was on the agenda for many guests this week but we’ll also take a look at a slew of projects including Mickey and Friends elevator construction, Tomorrowland Project Stardust, and we’ll enjoy a rare blue hour sunset washing over Main Street and Sleeping Beauty Castle. We’ll stop for dinner at the Carnation Cafe which has two special holiday entrees and a tiny merch run for you at the end.

Christmas Tradition
Every year, Disneyland continues a cherished tradition of Candlelight Procession & Ceremony to thank partners in the community with a special presentation of the nativity story with hundreds of choir members, live band, and soloists accompanied by a celebrity narrator. This year, Lin-Manuel Miranda took up the mantel.

Around Disneyland
The Candlelight Procession & Ceremony draws a big crowd of attendees each year who vie for limited spots outside of the seated areas to be able to take part in the special tradition. Loyal devotees will get to the park at opening to claim their spots for the evening spectacle.

Looks like they roped off parade viewing to wrap around the new Tomorrowland planter.
These rocks will likely be disappearing in the coming year.

Baked Potato Soup ($7) at Carnation Cafe with Bacon, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Sour Cream, and Chives.
Fried Bologna Sandwich ($14) at Carnation Cafe features Fried Bologna, Pullman Bread, Mayo, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, and Pickle Stackers, served with Fries.
Pork Chop TV Dinner ($24) includes a pork chop with seasoned apples, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, and a cheddar and chive scone served with caramel bread pudding
More refurbishments at the Small World mall.
The trees in Fantasyland are still being covered.
New hydration droid units have landed on Batuu. They are Coca-Cola and Sprite branded.
The droids are numbered, J1, J2, J3, J4.
They are selling chocolate popcorn at each of the carts.
The queue for the Rise of the Resistance is nice and bright. The attraction just opened at Walt Disney World and is set to open the middle of next month at Disneyland.
Spotted another Porg nest at Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run.
All six colors of Kyber Crystal are available, $14.99. You don’t need to buy a holocron or lightsaber to acquire. Limit 10 kyber crystals per person, per color.

We noticed that some of the Stitch Extremely Sours candies seem to be using name-brand candies but re-packaged without the logos. We spotted both Mike and Ike and Warheads.
Star Wars X TOMS
If you’re at Curl Surf in Downtown Disney, you can pick yourself up one of several different kinds of STAR WARS X TOMS shoes. The kind folks at TOMS sent us some shoes in return for sharing it with our readers here on MouseInfo. After we got them in the mail, we couldn’t help but to take them with us straight to Batuu!

New Happily Ever After
Snow White’s Scary Adventures at Disneyland is prepping for a huge dose of TLC and it seems like a heaping spoonful of magic is being added during the attraction’s refurbishment with a completely re-thought finale that should promise to be a sparkling and magnificent ending to the classic princess story.

Sandy Claws has decided to drop on in for the Disney Holidays at Disneyland! Now through the holiday season he and Sally can be found in New Orleans Square greeting guests.
